Uygulamada
- Şikâyet et: sohbette menüden ya da bir mesaja uzun basarak. Her şikâyeti 24 saat içinde inceleriz.
- Engelle: sohbet menüsünden ya da profilin altından. Engellediğin kişi seni göremez, sana yazamaz.
- Hesabını sil: Ben sekmesi → Hesabımı sil. Verilerin 30 gün içinde tamamen silinir.
- Çeviri iznini geri al: Ben sekmesi → Çeviri izni → İzni geri al.

A problem, a question or feedback? Email us at destek@avlu.live. We usually reply within a few days.
In the app
- Report: from the chat menu, or by long-pressing a message. We review every report within 24 hours.
- Block: from the chat menu or at the bottom of a profile. People you block can't see you or write to you.
- Delete your account: Me tab → Delete my account. Your data is fully erased within 30 days.
- Withdraw translation permission: Me tab → Translation permission → Withdraw permission.
